This year marks the 10th anniversary of Yuuki Tabata’s Black Clover manga, and to commemorate the occasion, the industry’s top creators have drawn their own take on Tabata’s characters. Ahead of the full release of Shonen Jump GIGA 2025 Summer in Japan on August 12, 2025, the first three illustrations have been revealed with the 2000s “Big ThreeOpens in a new tab.”

The Black Clover manga by Yuki Tabata began its pre-publication run in February 2015 in the pages of Weekly Shônen Jump published by Shueisha until August 2023, before moving to Jump GIGA (quarterly). The manga has 36 volumes available in Japanese bookstores as of February 2, 2024.
In France, the manga began its publication by Kazé, now Crunchyroll MangaOpens in a new tab, which has released all 36 volumes available in Japan to date, with the final volume released on June 12, 2024 in France.
The anime adaptation, directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara at the animation studio Pierrot, aired from October 2017 to March 2021 for a total of 170 episodes. The animated film Black Clover: Sword of the Magus Emperor was released in Japan in March 2023. A new anime has been announced and will be available to stream on CrunchyrollOpens in a new tab.
